Training 'R ', the free alternative to SPSS

RARE has developed a three-day training in which participants learn what R is, how they can use R in market research and analytics, how they can quickly become familiar with it and how they can write R scripts. The training also pays attention to the transition from SPSS to R. In this training, not only data sets are used for practicing, but also real-life data sets from the participants. In this way an insight is gained into the positive and negative sides of R. 


The training focuses on reading data, data cleaning, data manipulation, data description and tabulating. Participants must be familiar with statistical techniques such as regression and hypothesis testing. 


This training has been developed for market researchers and data analysts who have experience with SPSS and are looking for a language that is faster, more powerful, more flexible and offers more possibilities to do analyses and to visualize data. With this training, analysts can switch from SPSS to R and / or R in addition to SPSS.
